A couple of months ago, I asked to God to be available to feel his presence in a different way. The time went by till one day it happens.
I was studying differential equations when suddenly a thought came to my mind: “Be care with the spider“, I thought this was so weird. Why I thought that?, it wasn’t related with what I was doing. I continued calculating and reading, all was normal.
Them, I decided to take a shower and I still remembered that thought about the spider. While I was thinking, I realize that would be God talking to me. So, I started to search that spider. I looked around, in walls, in clothes, but no trace from the spider; until I looked between the sneakers that I had planed to wear, and there was the spider (A dangerous one). Fortunately I was prepared for that, thanks God.

Several years ago, I was sitting on my patio, listening to the wind in the poplar trees, enjoying the birds calling in the green belt, and reflecting on how all creation is linked in a web of life. The thought came to me “If all of creation is a web, does that mean God is like a spider?” Suddenly, I had a sense of the presence of another Being. I turned my head, and there, right at eye level, was a tiny spider dangling from a filament. I had to ask , “Lord, is it You?”
God speaks to us in small and unexpected ways, even through spiders.

Yeah it’s amazing how we can found God in every place; some times, we can see him in our thoughts, in people whom we share with and even through insects.
